MileSpend is in a hands-on beta. The fastest way to report a problem is the in-app “Report a Problem” flow, which can attach the relevant sanitized diagnostics.
Bluetooth seems quiet?
Reconnect the vehicle in MileSpend settings and allow Bluetooth access. The app uses connection transitions to support continuity.
